Program Idea

In an effort by the Aathar Development Foundation to contribute to finding innovative and smart solutions to the issue of scarcity of qualified leaders in sector organizations, a bridging program was created and designed.
The idea is a specialized initiative that focuses on attracting effective leaders from the private and government sectors, qualifying them, and providing them with the knowledge, skills, and experiences needed to understand the sector’s system and its mechanisms. It facilitates their transition to the Sector E and the exercise leadership roles through diverse rehabilitation activities and tools.

Bridging Philosophy

The majority of leadership development programs focus on a group of competencies, and based on the theoretical framework proposed by The Bridgespan Group, there are three types among the competencies that contribute to shaping the identity of leaders of the non-profit sector are: General leadership competencies. Context-specific competencies. Core values and beliefs.

The bridges of a bridge are focused on the leadership of the leading and governmental fee. Rehabilitation of the competencies of the context and sufficiency of the values group and the main beliefs of the segment.
